Dear All,

My son Master Arham Arif, he is just 14 months 24 days old is a thalassemia major. My son needs blood transfusion every 60 days interval. I was just looking for treatment that can cure or stop blood transfusion. Luckily, I have got one person (Mr. Mustafize, Mobile: ) whose son also has got Thalassemia and he used to need blood transfusion. They have got a homeopathic doctor whose name is Dr. Amit Kumar (Mobile: ) from Kolkatta, India. Dr. Amit Kumar is listed scientist in India who has completed this research on thalassemia. After taking medicine from Dr. Amit Kumar’s Mr. Mustafize’s son does not needed any blood transfusion for the last two years.

On 5th September 2008 me also went to Kolkatta with my family and met Dr. Amit Kumar. After testing my son’s blood he has given me medicine for 6 months and assure me that we have to take medicine quit for some time but my son’s blood transfusion will be stopped with in 6 months. We giving medicine to my son as per doctor instruction and hope to be another success story like Mr. Mustafize son.

Please pray for my son so that he can cure fully.

see shabuj dat's practically impossible .. if someting like dis was dere den thalassaemia would hav been ERADICATED ...... i'm not discouragin u bt ... please don't harm your son in ingnorance ...............

I have moderated your post on this thread.

I do not know what your is motivation behind your message is but it apprears to me that you are here promoting/advertising for someone else.

This forum regularly receives several baseless and evidence less messages like these each year about new cure found for thalassemia. I do not appreciate people throwing names and phone numbers on this forum and suggesting to others to be guinea pigs for experimentation.

If there is indeed a treatment that is out there and is of benefit to this community then please feel free to ask Dr. Amit Kumar to post a medical paper online so that we can gain knowledge and insight of this new treatment that you talk about.

I hope you will understand the rationale behind my request,

Hello sabuj,
even i an from kolkata and believe me when i say that there is practically no doctor that i have not consulted..
With all due respect to the doctor u mentioned in your post.. Till date there has not been a legit cure for our ailment and if somebody claims to have done so is a hoax looking for subjects to experiment on.. My suggestion would be to do ur research before proceeding:-)

Hello Mr. Shabuj

I haven't heard any doctor who has got medicines due to which transfusions would not be required. How can a medicine stop transfusion.I don't think it would start making RBC's in our body and to an extend that transfusions are not required.

Ok lets see and tell us what happens later.

Dear Shabuj,
Vik has very rightly pointed his fingers. We are all concerned and most eager to know if there is any cure for Thalassaemia. Dr. Anupkumar, if he has any detailed papers must publish thru this forum so that we come to know the logic and the treatment part.
It will be wise not to get confused and misdirected which may lead to untowards.
We must adhere to standard line of treatment and not adhere to hear-say which may lead to more problems. Every medical sciences have success stories and failure as well but we must weigh them always as to which of theses sciences are more beneficial to the patients.
May God bless us all and good senses prevail.

Sorry guys for the late reply. I was out of the forum for the last few months. As I have informed you in my first posting that I have started giving my son Dr. Amit's medicine. Six months is over and I need blood transfusion for my son only one time during this six months time.
Also, his liver and spleen was enlarged but now last report done by a Child specilist here at Dhaka, Bangladesh my son's liver and spleen is in mornal and also Iron is under control. His growth rate is also very very good.
Now, what you people will say about this.

hello Mr. Shabuj!! your post sounds very encouraging to me . my daughter is a thalassemia minor. she does not need blood transfusion but her haemoglobin does stay low. i would really appreciate if you could share the details of dr. Amit kumar so that i could seek some advise for my daughter from him.
